Last night was the Super Bowl/World Series/Olympics/Nobel Prize of the fashion world: The Oscars.

When I get stressed, I turn into overdrive mode. I spend 10 hours a day in lab, knocking out more work in a day than I usually do in a week. Instead of sleeping, I’ll scrub my oven until it sparkles. Paper chase.
I have never once lived in a house with wallpaper.
My mother never liked it, so my childhood homes were paint-only (granted, the colors sometimes got crazy). My college dorms were white-washed cinderblocks. My current apartment is a little rental place where my landlords would steal my kidneys should I dare to mess with the walls.

Fashion Week 2012: The good, the bad, and the WTF
The Good:
- My favorite piece of the week was this Naeem Kahn A-line Tea-length dress. Absolutely beautiful.
- Lots of black and white paired separates. My favorite was this DKNY ensemble.
